Jutsu are the chakra based techniques found in NRPG: Beyond. They are accessible through the menu.
Ninjutsu, is the main and most commonly used jutsu. Another common array of jutsu is Kekkei Genkai, which are generally more powerful then regular Ninjutsu, but have less customization options (soon to change), and may be harder to obtain. Sub-Jutsu are all jutsu without a specific chakra nature (with the exception of the Rasengan). Scrolls are the rarest jutsu, and if used skillfully, some of the strongest. Genjutsu are illusion-based jutsu.
